What comes in our seafood boils?

Our three Shellfish combinations make it easy to choose. Each includes seafood, corn, and potatoes, with quantities clearly listed so you know what you are ordering. The shrimp are head off, and our crab combinations feature snow crab leg clusters. If you are deciding between a shrimp dinner and a crab-and-shrimp spread, compare the combinations below before placing your order.

The Shellfish #1 — $26

This shrimp-focused combination includes 1 lb of head-off shrimp, 1 corn, and 1 potato. It is a straightforward choice when shrimp is the main event and you want the classic boil accompaniments alongside it.

The Shellfish #2 — $36

Enjoy 1 snow crab leg cluster, ½ lb of head-off shrimp, 1 corn, and 1 potato. This combination brings both crab and shrimp to the table, giving you two seafood favorites in one order.

The Shellfish #3 — $92

Our larger combination includes 3 snow crab leg clusters, 1 lb of head-off shrimp, 3 corn, and 3 potatoes. Choose it when you want more crab to crack into or a larger spread to enjoy together. Appetites vary, so review the quantities when planning your meal.

Our original Jerk Cajun Butter sauce

We created our signature Jerk Cajun Butter sauce to bring two bold traditions together: Cajun flavor and Caribbean jerk. Infused with Caribbean jerk sauce, our Cajun butter adds a rich, delicious twist to a seafood boil. Pair it with snow crab, shrimp, corn, and potatoes for a taste of the creativity behind Shellfish Market. It is our own take on seafood with soul, right here in Brightwood.

Choose your sauce and spice level

Choose Cajun Butter, Garlic Cajun Butter, Jerk Cajun Butter, Garlic Butter, or Old Bay dry seasoning. Then select mild, medium, spicy, or extra spicy. Garlic lovers can lean into the garlic butter options, while Jerk Cajun Butter brings another flavor choice to your boil. Old Bay is the dry-seasoned option for guests who prefer that style.

Your server can help explain the choices before you order. Please tell us about any allergies, and ask about ingredients if you have a dietary concern. We want you to understand what is in your meal before it reaches the table.

Individual seafood portions and extras

Our boil menu also lists individual portions: ½ lb head-off shrimp for $13, 1 lb head-off shrimp for $22, 1 lb green mussels for $16, and 1 lb crawfish for $18. A single snow crab leg cluster is $19.50, and a 6 oz lobster tail is $32. These are individual seafood listings; the corn and potatoes included with combinations are listed separately above.

For extras, two potatoes are $4, one corn on the cob is $2.50, and extra boil sauce is $3.50. Check the full menu for the wider selection, including crab eggrolls, lobster rolls, garlic noodles, and jerk Thai fried rice.
